Evan Henzlik, Paramedic ---------------------------------------------------------- Founder / President

Evan Henzlik attended Arizona State University as well as CSU Channel Islands studying Health Sciences. He is a Nationally Registered Paramedic and a certified Level 1 educator through the National Association of EMS Educators. Evan is also accredited by the American Heart Association to teach advanced provider courses, which he has taught at various hospitals to nurses as well as physicians. His passion for teaching EMS began at Oxnard College where he was an EMT instructor for many years as well as a reputable paramedic program. Additionally, Mr. Henzlik had an opportunity to have the lead instructor position for an EMT program at Charter College in Ventura County.  Lastly, he is now serving as a Training / QI coordinator for two large ambulance corporations as well as serving as the President of  CSPC.

Billy Blair, EMT -------------------------------------------------------- Co-founder  /  Vice-President

Billy Blair is a Beverly Hills Police Officer, Nationally Registered EMT-B, AHA certified instructor, and is currently part of the Los Angeles Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Team. Billy and Evan have been lifelong friends, and have found a similar passion in EMS. With their unique skills and friendship, they became partners and created CSPC.  

Clevelyn "Dean" Skidmore- ------------------------------------Co-Founder / Chief Operations Officer

Clevelyn "Dean" Skidmore graduated from Pepperdine University with a degree in Business Administration and is an AHA certified instructor. Dean has experience in various industries with an expertise in the oversight in customer service and hospitality training. With Mr. Skidmore's commitment to CSPC and it's students, he has played a major role in maintaining the highest quality of education to our students as well as the current development of California School of Prehospital Care's EMT program.

Breanna Stikkelman, Paramedic --------------------------------------- Director of Training

Breanna Stikkelman is a licensed Paramedic with a diverse background in emergency settings. She recieved her NREMT-Paramedic in 2014 and since has been exposed to both pre-hospital EMS, as well as wild land fire fighting. CSPC is grateful to have her as part of our team as she adds tremendous value to the outcome of our students. On top of  her deep understanding of EMS, Breanna also is a World Champion in Jui Jitsu and continues to train in MMA.
